About The Expressive Arts
The Expressive Arts outreach program was founded by Isobel Stamford to promote health and wellbeing for children and young people.
Isobel holds a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and is a certified Therapeutic Harp Practitioner. She also holds a certificate in 'An introduction to Art as Therapy' from Queen Margaret University, Scotland. Isobel has worked in mainstream education as a private tutor for students with disabilities since 2004. She has also participated in Health and Wellbeing events in Schools, Colleges and Universities across Scotland.
The Expressive Arts workshops are designed to link and promote the Arts, Scottish Culture and specific health promoting practices which are suitable for children.
